The Grand Sal restaurant in Wieliczka has the honour of introducing its head chef, Dariusz Wójcicki, who began his gastronomy adventure in one of Poland’s oldest hotels, Warsaw’s Europejski Hotel, perfected his skills at the Francuski Hotel in Krakow, and for the last 12 years his delightful dishes could be enjoyed in the outstanding Krakow Tetmajerowska Restaurant.
